St. Anne’s Concert Series
For six years, the St. Anne’s Concert Series has been home-base for some of the areas most dynamic and gifted performers. Live Arts Maryland and St. Anne’s share a commitment to inviting the community inside its doors to experience live music. With its beautifully renovated interior, excellent acoustics and central location, St. Anne’s is the perfect location for musical events.
Performers who have appeared on the series include members of the National Symphony Orchestra and its Concertmaster, Nurit bar Joseph, the United States Navy Band Brass and Chamber ensembles, the American Guild of Organists, the con brio! ensemble, the Washington Symphonic Brass and organist Larry Molinaro. The Annapolis Chorale and Annapolis Chamber Orchestra are also regular performers at St. Anne’s.
Whether showing a film on a big screen with live music or an afternoon of Bach organ selections, the St. Anne’s Series is always entertaining.
St. Anne’s Episcopal Church has been serving the Annapolis community since the 1600s. Today, with the Rev. Amy Richter as its rector, St. Anne’s Church is a spiritual as well as a geographic landmark for both Annapolitans and visitors alike. This Christ-centered parish ministers to the community through a variety of outreach initiatives, including its strong music program.
